It was raining hard, I was waiting for the cab. It had been a bad day at work, I was dying to go home. The cab arrived, I was relieved.
Without looking inside, I threw my bag. “Are you mad”, Oh, God I had literally hit a beautiful girl, yes she was.” why are you staring at me” “No, No I was looking at your watch, it is beautiful”. “Yes, it is” I replied, “too”, I murmured.
After a while, she asked” Are you a fan of anime, you got a Naruto phone cover,” Yes, I replied. “Wait, are you too,” I asked. “Yes, why I can’t be,” I thought to keep quiet at that time.
“Are you a writer” Yes, I replied. “How you came to know?”, I guessed, she told, “to be honest, you like one of them.”
I was a writer, whose script got rejected, the sixth time, counting today.
” What do you do”? I asked, “I am an actress, who still has not got her 1st episode”, that’s great, you will get it soon”, I replied.
The rain had stopped pouring and the sky looks clearer. I got down from the cab, and I was working towards my apartment. Suddenly, I realized, I just forgot to ask her name.
