Relation and Relationships make us human. Whether it’s family or life partner, The thing that holds us all together is love, gratitude, and emotions. So, it’s very important to appreciate others.
As humans, we need someone to share our feelings with and also someone we can count on. It’s very hard to live all alone, at least there should be one person to talk to. Appreciation and gratitude help to connect with others and to make long-lasting relations.
Why we should appreciate others?
Makes us better humans– If someone is helping you in your day-to-day activities, you should appreciate and be thankful for it. These small act of kindness is what makes you a better human.
Motivates to work hard. We all love appreciation at work, and sometimes even go beyond the limits to get that. Therefore, seniors should appreciate their subordinates to work hard. Frequent appreciation boosts the performance and morale of employees.
It is not costly– Appreciating others is not costly. you can easily do it with words, gestures, and simple recognition. Just saying “thank you” is enough.
Gratitude will not cost you anything, but the impact it will make on others is huge. It will make you recognize the value of others in your life. Whom we sometimes take as granted. These people might not be with you always. So you should be grateful to them.
