We all want to be happy, yet some of us can’t.
What is lacking? Is it the money or is there something else? People run after money thinking it will bring them happiness. Yes, it does make us happy but it is not the only thing. Money is important as well as Love and peace.
In our day-to-day life, it’s not easy to be happy all the time. We have struggles, worries, and negativity in life due to which we can’t be happy. But isn’t it a part of life? This will come and go. There is always a bright side, which we miss seeing.
Being happy is not so hard if you really want to be. You just have to think more about the brighter side of life and less about the negative one.
Being a happy person is easy:
1. Find a purpose – What is the thing that pushes you forward? Don’t know, find it out. You need a purpose, a reason, Go find it. That’s one thing, which wakes you up daily and keeps you moving. For me, it’s writing. Find yours.
2. Don’t hold yourself– Don’t hold your emotions and feelings. If you are happy laugh out loudly and if sad then cry it out. Don’t hold yourself and your feelings. Similarly, if you love someone, say to them. Don’t Hold the burden, release it, it will make your life easier and you happier.
3. Accept who you are – Why do we always complain about ourselves? Because you compare yourselves with others. Why can’t one accept who they are? None of us are perfect, so stop thinking about it. Don’t give too much attention to what you can’t do, rather focus on what you can do.
4. Take care of yourselves– No one knows and cares about you more than you do. Love yourselves and try to find love within yourself rather than trying outside. Keep yourselves healthy and fit. Exercise daily to keep your body in shape and practice meditation to keep your mind calm. “The healthier you are, the happy you will be”
5. Take care of others – Helping and caring for others also makes us happy. Whenever, you find someone in need, help them because “The more we give, the more we get.”
