Weakness is not a simple thing to talk about.

We don’t talk about weakness, we don’t want people to judge or feel pity for us. Hiding it will also not do any good. You can’t get away from it if you keep denying it. So it’s better to recognize it and be open about it.

It might not be possible to fight it alone. It’s better if you talk to others about it. Take guidance. Talk to your family and friends about it. Be open to discussion and suggestions. People who care about you will understand you and help you.

Sometimes, the best thing you can do is to face it., it will be tough but things will be ok. You need to work on it, there is nothing you can’t do. You just need to take the first step.

Instead of thinking about it, learn it. If I can’t write well, I will learn how to do it. I will enroll in courses and classes to get the skills. If you fear speaking, enroll in a public speaking course. Take part in open mic and debate. The more you practice, the better it will get.

Even if you don’t excel in it, you will still be a winner. Winning is not important, participation matters sometimes. The thought of going against your fear is no less than a trophy.

Fear does not exist, it exists only in your mind. Fear gives rise to weakness. So you shouldn’t hold yourself from facing it. Also, don’t fear making Mistakes as you learn a lot from them

If you find someone having the same problem. Do help them in whatever way possible. Be a role model, tell them about your weakness and how you face it. Assure them, they too can succeed.
