A clear brief keeps the project moving.
- Share your source and goal. Send a public replay link or describe your authorised recording, intended audience, business offer and required date. Please do not include confidential participant or client information in the enquiry.
- Approve the scope. We confirm deliverables, source permissions, formats, the final price and delivery date in writing.
- Review one coordinated draft. Provide one consolidated revision round against the agreed brief.
- Receive your approved files. The final handover follows the agreed review and payment terms.
Price and payment, clearly agreed.
The pilot is US$250. The proposed payment schedule is US$125 after written scope acceptance and US$125 after final review, before handover. Your quote confirms applicable taxes, payment fees, currency and terms.
Publishing, extra sizes, editable source files, ad spend and account management are outside this pilot unless separately quoted. A changed brief needs a revised scope.
International clients: we confirm the agreed payment route with your quote. India-based clients: request an INR quote and a confirmed domestic payment method before paying; PayPal India cannot receive domestic payments.
