3. A Positive view of life– Are you optimistic, do you have a positive view of life? Either you can cry or you can work on your problems. Tension will not help, but positive thinking will. A positive view gives the sight of the other sides of the problems.
4. Turning Obstacles into Opportunities– Thinking and worrying about problems will not help. Working on it and finding a solution is what you need. This makes the difference between losers and winners. Being open to challenges makes us confident people.
