Time management is one skill every entrepreneur must have, not only them, every one of us should know about time management.

Everyone has got 24 hours in a day. Yet, some of them are doing dozens of things and some are struggling to do even two or more things?

If we look, those who know time management are using it in the best way. Unlike others, who are just wondering. They know the value and the potential of effective time management.

Time is limited, 24 hours in a day. Unless you are a god, you can’t add more hours to it. The only thing left for us to do is to use this time.

Here are a few ways to unlock the secret of time management

Divide your time

There are hundreds of things on your to-do list. But we all know, only 10 percent of them are important. Others are just laying there. Give priority to the 10 percent, do them first. And after doing that, if you got time. Do the rest.

Most of the time we complain about limited time but the real problem is something else. We spent most of our time doing unnecessary things, which didn’t help.

Time management is doing important things in the beginning. It categorized the work based on priority. What are the things I go to do for my daily living like studying, exercise, job, rent, and expenses?

Know the consequences

As mentioned in an earlier point, you can’t do all the things, so you need to delegate the work to others or avoid doing it. But before avoiding it, or removing it from your priority.

It’s very important to know the consequences it will have. If a particular job is not done, what will be the effect of it? Can it be done later or not? Is it going to harm you? And many such questions should be answered beforehand.

This is done to minimize the losses and also to get a clearer view of priorities over non-priorities.
