5 Habits that are the causes of unhappiness in life

Habits are the primary cause of unhappiness in life. What you do and why you do is what life is all about. 80 percent of problems are created by us, our thinking, and our hobbies.

It is our behavior, lifestyles, and habits that cause misery and unhappiness in life. Let’s see the habits that cause unhappiness in life. Knowingly or unknowingly, we do these things.

Cause of unhappiness are-

unhappiness

Being with negative people

The things you watch, the people you hang out with and your daily activities impact your thinking. Apple doesn’t grow from pineapple seeds, similarly, you can’t be positive if you live with negative people.

If you think only about the negative things, your bills, rent, competition, recession, and other problems. You can never be happy, nor you can solve them.

People will try to bring you down and demotivate you. Make you believe that life is tough and it will not change. First, Don’t listen to them and then prove them wrong.

Spend time with positive people, listen to inspirational speeches, and watch inspiring movies. This will change your mindset about life. Do things that inspire you, and make you believe that life is great. To be happy and make others happy.

Thinking about the past

unhappiness

Thinking about the past is not a good thing, things that are already done in the past will not help you. Rather, it will bring out tears, pain, and grief. Things you have done wrong, and what others have done.

It is also important to learn from your mistakes in the past. So that it won’t be repeated.

If your past is painful, it’s better to forget it. People and time never stay the same. Don’t judge anyone on things they have done to you in the past. Give them a chance and start fresh.

Live in the present, and do things irrespective of thinking about failures. Believe in the present, as you can’t change the past.

Worrying the future

unhappiness

No one knows the future, so why are you worrying about it? Things that are not in our control should not be worried about.

Planning for the future is good, but worrying is not at all a good thing.

Don’t overthink the future. If you are good, have a healthy lifestyle and plan your finances.

Well, your future is going to be great.

Aiming for the best only

unhappiness

Everyone can’t be the best, but all of us can be good at something. Does being on the top compulsory for happiness?

Do people on the top are not sad? If you can ask, please do that.

Setting the performance level is good, it helps you to improve. But over Doing it is harmful too. You don’t get results all the time. Due to this, you are sad, don’t feel worth it, and worse go into depression.

Go for the best, but never be anxious about it. If you want something, give your best but don’t overdo it. Set goals that are achievable. You are not Superman, so don’t set inhuman goals.

Success needs time and passion. Life serves nothing on the platter. Give some time to yourselves. Things will come. You just have to have some patience.

Comparing with others

unhappiness

Comparing yourselves with others is the primary cause of your unhappiness. No one is alike, therefore there is no point in comparing.

When you compare your life with others, you do it based on the car, luxury, and money. This comparison will not help you. It causes low confidence, negativity, and anxiety.

What you have, be happy with that. Try for it and if you don’t get it, Don’t be sad. This is the way of living.
