Here are some morning habits to help you to start the day.
Getting up early -At first, it might seem like a problem, but gradually when you will get accustomed to it. Waking up early not only gives us extra time as compared to others but also increases our creativity and productivity.
Meditation– This must be in your schedule. Meditation helps in clearing the minds of doubts. It makes us relaxed and more focused. Also, you don’t have to sit for hours, you just have to give 10-20 minutes of your time.
Gratitude– Stand in front of the mirror and say,β I am grateful for life, I am grateful for all, I have achieved and I have grateful forβ¦β¦β. It will make you feel positive and confident. You can even start writing a journal, to write about the good thing you come across and things you are grateful for.
Visualizations– Stand in front of the mirror and visualize how you are going to spend your day. Make a list of all the things which you will do in your mind. See yourselves doing those. Say to yourselves,β it is a great day,β. Affirmations and visualizations boost confidence.
Stop checking your phone– Try to avoid your phone in the morning unless it is an emergency. People tend to check their phones, messages, and posts as soon as they wake up. This is not a great idea, as it doesnβt add to anything good.
