Here are 4 habits you should avoid

1. Too much social media– A lot of our valuable time we waste on scrolling news feeds. This time can be used for doing productive work or learning something new. We all complain about not getting time and don’t realize the time we waste. Social media is not a bad thing until It addicts you.

2. Telling lies– telling lies is human nature, as said by many. But it is an unpleasant habit. We can lie sometimes, but when people will find it out, they will lose their confidence and trust as we build every relationship on trust. So, if we keep on lying, we will lose people’s trust in us.

3. Saying yes every time– Saying yes to everyone is not good, as we can’t be present all the time. we have our limits and deadlines which need to be prioritized. If we keep on doing others’ work, we might not get time to do ours. Also Saying no will not hurt others feelings, even if does. You should think about yourselves first. Being available always is not good, people take us for granted.

4. Blaming others – blaming others is not a good way to get out of your faults or your responsibility. if you keep on doing this, people will not trust you or will have a problem in doing so. Instead of blaming others, try to take up responsibility, and be accountable for your actions. If you have done something wrong, face it and try to mend it as much as possible.
