Being bored at work is quite obvious. That too when we are working from home. Earlier, the office used to be for 9 hrs, but now it is 24×7. As we are spending a large part of our time at work. So it is quite common for us to be bored.

But what are the reasons behind it?

Let’s dive to find it out and see which one you fit into.

1. Don’t love your job-its very hard to match a profession with passion, everyone doesn’t land up doing what they like. This is why we don’t love our job. It is vital to do what you love so you ever get a chance to take it.

2. No proper plan– lack of plan means lack of clarity. You don’t know what to do and how to do it. When you don’t have a plan, you do not feel like doing the job. You keep on delaying it.

3. Repetitive work– Doing repetitive work is very annoying. Doing the same workday by day makes us dull and bored. We don’t feel like working and even though we work, we can’t give our best.

4. lack of creativity-creativity is very important as life becomes boring without it. This applies to jobs too. Doing the same work every day is monotonous and boring.

What can we do?

1. Find your passion– No matter how boring is your job, you still can find interest in it. Look for passion, look for a hobby. Always try to learn new things and never fear failure or setbacks.

2. Give some time to yourselves– you too are important so you need to give some time to yourselves too. Watch movies, listen to songs, read a book.
