Are you a night owl or an early -riser? I am asking this question because I will be discussing the early rising in the article.
I Have experienced both and that is why I say that the early rising is more productive. See, I am no one to judge you; it depends upon you when you wake up. Some of you are night owls, while others may be early risers. I too was a night owl before, but if you ask me now, I wake up around 5 am daily. This had helped me a lot both personally and professionally.
Below, I mentioned the morning ritual, which I follow:
1. Being Grateful
The morning should start with greetings. Greet the day and be grateful for life. Think of yourselves lucky as you have got one extra day to live, to dream. So start the day with gratitude. Be thankful for all that you have got.
2. Positive Mindset
You have two options, either you can lay in your bed till 9 clocks and after that rush from the bathroom to breakfast and then to the office. Or you can wake up early and plan the day in peace because you will get enough time in hand and you don’t have to rush.
3. Doing Mediation
Early morning is the best time for meditation. Do you believe in “me-time”, as morning is the best time for it? There are no disturbances, no work calls, and you can meditate in peace. Mediation is the key to knowing oneself better and exploring one’s limits.
4. Getting Sunrise
Sun is the best source of vitamin d. But Do you know how beautiful the sun looks during sunrise? Watching the sunrise is not only pleasant to the eyes but also fills us with confidence and energy.
5. Exercise
Morning is the best time for exercise. You feel fresh, and have the energy for the lifts which are not possible after office. After the office, we are tired and exhausted, and going to the gym seems like a problem. When you work out depends upon you, but experts suggest the morning.
