Microsoft Team comes free with Office 365. Usage of this messaging platform has skyrocketed during work-from-home. No doubt it is one of the best products for having meetings and conferences. This is the reason that after its launch within a short period, it has become so popular.

Even If you don’t have an office subscription still you can enjoy this outstanding app. Yes, there are some limitations to it. You get video and audio calls for up to 60 minutes per session. This is not bad if you are not paying anything for it.

Type what you need to search and press enter. The results will be seen in the left pane.

Mention someone

Type @ symbol in the search bar and write the name of the person or message you want to search for. With this, you can even message them separately.

Snooze notification

Does notification break your concentration? Who likes to be disturbed during an important call? So here is a trick for you. Select your profile in the top right corner and then notification. Here, You can adjust the type and frequency of your notification alerts. So that you are not disturbed again during your meeting.

Change your background

To change your background. After joining a meeting, click on the video and audio settings. Here you can either blur your background or replace it with a photo. To do so, open and show background effects in the same option. Then, select the image you like. Your background will be replaced with that image.
