  • Brain chemistry: Anxiety disorders may be related to abnormal activity of certain neurotransmitters, such as serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine, in the brain. These chemicals are involved in regulating mood, motivation, and fear responses.
  • Uncertainty: People with a high need for control, predictability, or certainty find it hard to cope with unclear, unpredictable, or risky situations.

Remedies of Anxiety

Some of the most common ones are:

  • Exercise: Exercise can release endorphins, improve mood, and lower stress hormones.
  • Relaxation techniques: Practicing relaxation techniques like deep breathing, and meditation, can help you calm your nervous system and cope with anxiety symptoms.
  • Writing: Writing down your thoughts and feelings can help you process and release them.
  • Social support: Talking to someone you trust can help you feel less alone and more understood.

Conclusion
