Regularly check your followers’ list

The other thing you can do is check your follower list. To do that, go to your Instagram profile. here you can see your followers list. These are the people that follow you. If you are checking this list regularly, you can make out. If someone has recently followed you, you can even type the person’s name to check whether they have unfollowed you.

Use third-party app

The easiest way and the best way to check who unfollows you is to use a third-party application like FOLLOWMETER. This app will track your follower’s activity and let you know if someone has unfollowed you on Instagram. It also tells when someone follows you.
