Do Old conversations

Bring a smile,

To the face and

Tears to the eyes.

Old messages, yes old,

We hardly talk now.

Life went quite busy,

For you and me.

I read them every time,

Though every time.

Sometimes smile, sometimes cry,

Day in and day out.

POEM–SHALLOW WITHIN

Is it only me,

Or you too do sometimes.

I know you move on,

So why can’t I?

Why am I still waiting,

Is there a miracle,

Awaiting to happen.

Things have changed,

Time is not the same,

There is nothing,

To do now.

Only what remains,

Are memories of bliss,

For life ahead.

Do you also do,

The same thing

Or have you found ?

Some new conversations.
