Don’t allow self-doubt to grow.

Self-doubt can be easily stopped if you don’t allow it to grow. The moment you see it coming, stop there only. Don’t think about it. If you do, it will grow. Change your thoughts, and distract the mind from thinking about it.

Self-doubt overcomes as you think too much about it. If you don’t overthink, it won’t affect you.

Learn from your experiences

This is not the first time, earlier you were also in the same situation. Earlier you also had self-doubt despite that, you had done it. Because, You kept aside the doubt and did the job. So why are you thinking so much, you know things will turn out well.

Learn from the past, there was a time you were not sure about yourself, yet you had done it. You have proved everyone wrong, including yourself.

Talk about it

Keeping it all within you will not help. If you keep your thoughts within yourself, they make you irritated and worried. So, You get to seek some advice. It can come from your parents, mentors, or friends.

What if they too had been through this situation? If they had, how did they deal with it, how did they come out of it? You can learn a lot from their experiences. To overcome self-doubt, you need to talk about it.

Everyone is unique

Like you, everyone is unique. Everyone has their strengths and weaknesses. If you keep trying to compare yourself to others, you can never grow up. Instead of that, compare yourself to yourself. That will be more logical.

Don’t bother about them

Everyone is so busy with their own life, they don’t  have time for you. Don’t be bothered about what others think or say about you, as they don’t care. If they do also, that is not your problem. If you keep on thinking about it, self-doubt will not go away. Avoid thinking too much about others’ views, it hardly matters.

They don’t always talk about you

If your colleagues see you failing in your career or being rejected dates. They will talk about it, look down on you, and will try to make you feel guilty. But these things don’t happen every day. And you are not the only thing they have to talk about. So if people are talking about you, let them do it. Don’t get bothered as they are not going to do it every day. They will soon be bored and will move to another person.

Be motivated in life

When you get all negative around you, you should be looking for some positives. I know you are busy, but still, take out some time for motivation and Optimism. At Least Spend 30 minutes on it.  You should have a continuous supply of motivation to deal with tough times.
