Verify It
After you are done filling out the Income tax return, you need to verify it. This is done to check its status and to know whether it is accepted or it is under process.
If your ITR is accepted, you will get the acknowledgment number on your registered mobile number and email.

To verify your income tax return is easy, you just need to follow these steps
Step 1 Log on to the Income tax website. On the homepage, you will find the e-verify option, click on it.
Step 2 Enter your PAN number, Assessment year, and the Acknowledgment number received on your number and E-mail.
Step 3 Then, You will receive an OTP on your mobile number. enter that 6-digit OTP.
Step 4 Click on Submit button
