Do you hesitate to speak in front of a crowd? I too was shy and when I was asked to speak in front of people, I would make an excuse. You want to speak but you are too shy to open your mouth. Here are 3 tricks which had helped me to overcome Shyness

1. Talk a lot– The best thing you can do is speak, loudly and regularly. You are shy because you believe yourself to be boring. Please change this attitude, you are amazing and entertaining. So Stop thinking and start speaking.

2. Boost your motivation– You are shy because you lack confidence. Confidence helps to move forward and face the challenges of life. Being low in it makes us uneasy and nervous. Here, motivation helps us. Listening to motivational podcasts and videos helps a lot. You can also read motivational articles and self-help books

3. Practice in front of the mirror– Practice is the key to success. Stand in front of the mirror and speak to yourselves, speak anything whatever you like. The more you practice the less shy you will be shy. Practice at least 10-20 minutes daily.

Have faith in yourself and apply the above tips, I am certain it will help you, and you too will speak like a pro.
