Motivation-It is the most important thing. It is not something you can buy. Yes, motivational videos and podcasts do help, but real motivation comes from within. Thinking about your achievements and your family will motivate you when you are feeling low or lazy.
Morning habits– Having a healthy morning routine also helps. If the start is good, then only the end will be better. Your morning habits will decide your entire day. So plan it properly. It will motivate you and give you the energy to work all day long.
