4. Be positive- There are always two aspects to everything but as much as possible we should look at the brighter side of it. This will not solve the problem, but it will help in finding a solution. Positive thinking clears our minds from doubt, it boosts our creativity and willpower.
5. Meditation- Peace of mind is very important for success and this is something you can’t buy in a store. Doing meditation daily uplifts our minds and body. It fills us with energy and boosts our metabolism and creativity. They say people who practice yoga daily are more healthier and confident than those not doing it.
