कुछ तो हुआ था, तुम्हे देखकर।
सबसे अलग ,सबसे जुदा लगी तुम,
यही वजह थी, जो अच्छी लगीं तुम।
ज़माने की कोई फिकर नहीं करती,
अपनी ही धुन में मगन रहती।
सही मायनों में ज़िन्दगी जीती,
यही वजह थी, जो अच्छी लगीं तुम।
जितना सुन्दर चेहरा,
उतना ही सुन्दर मन।
बच्चो जैसी हंसी, और
शेरनी जैसी निडर।
यही वजह थी, जो अच्छी लगीं तुम।
