Some days feel good and some don’t. Some days you feel like working and some days you miss the drive to get up. It is difficult to motivate yourselves all the time. Yet, there are some things you can try.
Here are 7 things to get you back into the mood and get going.
1. Get it from within -No one can motivate you to a level you can. Motivate yourself first, then only other things can help.
2. Make a to-do list. -Make a list of all the things, you needed to do. Cancel it after doing it. Each tick on the list will motivate you to move forward to your goals.
3. Do some workout -Our mind and body are related. If the body is unhealthy, who is going to motivate the mind? Regular workout will keep your mind and body in shape.
4. Appreciate yourself– Appreciate yourself, Tap your shoulder for every success, no matter how small it is.
5.Reward yourself. Make a deal with yourself. For every target achieved reward yourselves, no matter what it is.
6.Read book– Even if you don’t enjoy reading, you should at least read 1-2 books in a month. Reading relaxes the mind and boosts creativity.
7.Music– Music not only relaxes but also motivate. Giving some time to yourself is very important. Take out some time for yourselves too
